• What should I do if the jump starter fails to start minivan?
• Please check the smart clamp indicator light
• Flashing Red/Green: Ready. If ignition fails, hold back "BOOST" button on the back of the clamp for 3s until solid green, then start.
• Solid Red/Beep: Battery too low. Fully charge before next use.
• Can this compact device deliver its rated peak current? How does the cable handle it?
• Yes. Cars need high current for only ~2 seconds. A standard battery is 60A–70A. The instant peak current can exceed 1000A, but lasts just 0.1 seconds—our 60A pure copper cables handle it safely.
• Why does the battery drain fast or struggle in cold weather?
• Freezing temps reduce efficiency. To improve performance: crank immediately after clamping to avoid static drain. The 4-LED “full” indicator may show 80–100%—not true full. For a deeply depleted battery, charge to 100% before use.
