• 1. Why does it not power on?
• This tool is without battery. It is powered by OBD port from your car battery. So you should plug this tool into your car OBD and turn the ignition on, then it can get power from car battery.
• 2. Why can it not pair by Bluetooth?
• Because it is only a WiFi tool. It doesn't support Bluetooth.
• 3. Why does it not work on my motorcycle?
• This is tool is only for 12V vehicles after 1996. It doesn't support motorcycle.
• 4. How to intall Apps?
• You can search and install Apps from Apple App store or Google Play. Kindly note you should select Apps which support WiFi connection. If the Apps only support Bluetooth connection, this App is not workable.
• 5. How to connect?
• Firstly plug this tool intor your car OBD port and turn the ignition. Secondly, go to your phone setting, tap WiFi SSID "WIFI_OBDII" for connection. Thirdly, go to the App setting, select connction type to be WiFi, check if the IP address is 192.168.0.10 and port is 35000. If not, change it to be 192.168.0.100 and port to be 35000. Then tap connect. The tool will connect your car with tool by your phone.
