• MODEL COMPATIBILITY: Designed for WOLFBOX USB-C dash cams including G900 PRO, G900 Core, G900 Tripro, G850 PRO, G840H, G840S, G930, i07, i17, X5 and X3. Also works with USB-C dash cams drawing up to 5V/4A. This kit powers the main unit only; rear or bumper cameras connect to the main unit as usual.
• IGNITION AND PARKING MODE POWER: Connect ACC to a switched fuse so the dash cam turns on and off with the ignition. Connect the battery lead to support parking monitoring while the vehicle is parked, subject to battery voltage and camera settings.
• LOW VOLTAGE CUTOFF: The inline control box cuts power at 11.8V on 12V systems, or 22.8V on 24V systems, to help prevent battery drain. The threshold is factory-set and not adjustable. If the vehicle will sit unused for several days, switch parking mode off in the camera menu.
• NO-CUT FUSE PANEL CONNECTION: Add-a-circuit blade fuse taps draw power from your existing fuse panel without cutting factory wiring, keeping the install reversible. Check your fuse box first: three-pin and cartridge-type fuses are not supported, and some vehicles have no switched ACC at the panel. Tapping an empty slot needs a matching blade fuse.

• Time-lapse function
• After WOLFBOX mirror dash cam is connected to this dedicated hardwire kit and turn the time-lapse function on the dash cam, the camera will enter the time-lapse recording function automatically when the car engine is off. In this mode, it records one frame per second, which extremely saves power and capacity, you don't need to worry about draining out of the car battery. This is because when the car engine is off, the ACC will have no power, and the dash cam will detect it and change recording mode from normal to time-lapse.
• Instructions for installation
• 1. Stop the engine.
• 2. Open the fuse box.
• 3. Use a power detector to detect the constant power and ACC power (emergency power). *note: Use an ACC power supply of 15A to 25A. Use a constant power supply below 30A.
• 4. Connect the yellow fuse to the constant power source, the red fuse to the ACC power source, and the ground terminal (black wire) to the metal part of the body.
• Ensure the safety of your vehicle's battery with the Wolfbox Hardwire Kit, which features a low voltage protection mode that safeguards against voltage drops below 11.8V (±0.2) by automatically cutting off power.
• Time-lapse recording enables you to capture an extended duration by reducing the number of frames in the video, giving you the ability to watch a complete 24-hour recording in a shorter period of time.
• Only need to use the installation tools provided in the packaging, follow the installation instructions to accurately connect the ends of the Hardwire Kit, and finally hide any exposed sections of the wire.
