• Please verify your car model and year. POR V3.0 supports the car models from 1996 to 2025. Certain service functions for 2024 vehicles are still being optimized. Disable car power-saving mode & update the firmware and software to the latest version.
• DTCs can be read normally but fail to be cleared or reappear after clearance, why?
• Keep ignition on & engine off. Record freeze frame data first before clearing codes.
• Persistent hardware faults need physical repair prior to code clearance.
